Interest-free loans now available

For Oxfordshire County maintained schools

Applications are now being accepted for the latest round of interest-free loan schemes to help schools install energy saving measures.

Eligible schools can apply for a loan to cover the cost of installing rooftop solar PV, LED lighting or battery storage, or a combination of these measures.

Several schools are already benefiting from an earlier opening of the loan scheme and have installed these energy saving measures. They include: Whitchurch Primary SchoolSonning Common Primary School and Nettlebed Community School.

If you are an Oxfordshire County Council maintained school keen to save on your energy bills and cut your carbon emissions, please register your interest and a member of the team will get back to you.

The funding is provided by Oxfordshire County Council working with Action on Carbon and Energy in Schools (ACES).
